This duplex was transformed from a dark carpeted unit to a bright and spacious modern home. Extensive renovations on this property included the extension of the front and back deck to create two new indoor/outdoor living spaces, the construction of an open plan kitchen, two new bathrooms and new fixtures and fittings throughout.
